ITEMS MAY BE ORDERED FROM OUR CATALOGUE, OUR FLYERS, OR FROM PAGES ON THIS WEB SITE.  ORDERS MAY BE SENT  VIA  E-MAIL,SNAIL MAIL, OR BY USING THE SECURE ORDER FORM, BOTH OF  WHICH YOU MAY ACCESS USING THE LINKS BELOW.  IF PAYING BY CREDIT CARD PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MAY CALL YOU TO VERIFY THE LEGITIMATE USE OF THE CARD OR WE MAY REQUIRE YOU TO FORWARD A SIGNED ORDER.   (NOTE: BECAUSE OF THE LARGE NUMBER OF ITEMS AVAILABLE WE MAY BE OUT OF SOME  WHEN YOU ORDER. WE ORDER  FROM MANY SUPPLIERS, HOWEVER, AND WE WILL ALMOST ALWAYS HAVE THE OUT OF STOCK ITEM AVAILABLE WITHIN 10 TO 20 WORKING DAYS.  WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND CHEQUE FOR ITEMS WE CANNOT SHIP WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME UNLESS YOU WISH US TO HOLD YOUR ORDER LONGER. BACK ORDERED ITEMS SHIPPED SEPARATELY ARE SHIPPED AT OUR EXPENSE. CREDIT CARD ORDERS ARE NOT CHARGED UNTIL THE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED. (RE: PERSONAL CHEQUES-ORDERS PAID FOR BY PERSONAL CHEQUES ARE HELD FOR BANKING CLEARANCE BEFORE SHIPPING. THIS IS 10 BUSINESS DAYS IN CANADA AND 20 BUSINESS DAYS FOR USA. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES FROM OTHER COUNTRIES)   

NOTE: BECAUSE OF INCREASING COSTS TO PACKAGE, INVOICE, ETC. EACH ORDER WE WILL NO LONGER SHIP ORDERS (INCLUDING BACK ORDERS) IF THE MERCHANDISE VALUE IS LESS THAN $25.00. THE SHIPPING CHARGES LISTED BELOW STILL APPLY TO EVERY ORDER 

CANADA

All Canadian  orders must include GST (5%) or HST (14%) calculated on the total cost of the order including shipping charges. All orders from British Columbia must also include 7% PST calculated on the value of the merchandise. There is a flat $ 15.00 shipping/handling fee on all orders regardless of size. Personal cheques may be held for up to 10 banking days for  clearance. Payment may be made by Visa, M/C, personal cheque or money order.

CONTINENTAL (LOWER) UNITED STATES

Payments made by Visa or M/C are charged in Canadian funds, and there is a flat $ 21.00 shipping/handling charge. Payment by cheque or money order must be in US funds.

ALASKA OR HAWAII

Payment options are the same as in the Continental United States, but shipping charges are $24.00 per order 

         ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL

Payment must be made by Visa or M/C charged in Canadian funds, but there is a $10.00 surcharge for additional packing and documentation. Please advise on your order how you wish the goods to be shipped (air, surface or courier)  which will be charged to your credit card..

    SHIPPING METHODS

Shipments made to Canadian and all USA destinations  are shipped by expedited parcel post.  Air and Courier shipments are available. We will charge the difference between our regular shipping method and the faster service. Please e mail us for the additional cost information. (NOTE: Shipments to locations other than Canada require customs inspection. Depending on the country, this can delay shipments by several days and can apply to all shipments whether by mail or courier.) Any customs charges levied in other countries are the responsibility of the purchaser.
